We were once again at JS Omar Primary yesterday with a higher order training program. The last time, that is February we were there for a Prefects Investiture but this time around we have the teaching and non teaching staff.
As Institute Of Entrepreneurs Zimbabwe in collaboration with @Centre for business and entrepreneurship Development are having a nationwide entrepreneurship revolution in schools where we are enlightening and capacitating teachers and the rest of the staff to focus on the things that matters at school, that is the practical component of it.
Education 5.0 and Sustainable Development Goals number 4 talks about quality education. This is exactly what we are up to. We want these to become entrepreneurial and turn their schools into business hubs where students learn practical aspects of schooling. Establish businesses. But this can only happen when teachers undergo a mindset shot which we witnessed yesterday.
They were taken through the Six Pack Approach to becoming impactful individuals who can transform the Institution.
Many thanks to the school directors for inviting us to share practical knowledge.
If you’re running a school, we are open for invitations on our Whatsapp number 073 238 3940 or email admin@ioez.co.zw
